I turned
this shack, that sat empty for 25 years,
into a lovely country second home. Upon inspection the foundation and structural framing
were in excellent condition. the original luan exterior plywood (used
as siding) was removed. Re-using the
existing frame and foundation the shack was turned into this beautiful log cabin.

Here is a example of one
of my french custom kitchen designs.

These are pictures of one of my master bathroom designs. I built a new addition to house the new master bath and new master closets. the old bath was gutted and redesign so I could enlarge the master bedroom (not shown). I built the maple /walnut
cabinets on site. Check out the shower head installed in the glass block
shower wall.

These are
pictures showing a craftsman kitchen remodel ( New garage, office addition, butlers pantry, not shown)
within an 1930s home. the original kitchen was small and narrow, back to back with the original maid
quarters and laundry room. To increase the size of the
kitchen, I removed the maids quarters and laundry room structural walls. all new structural post and supporting beams (3) were hidden within the ceiling and wall framing. The new laundry room was relocated at the end of the hall. The interior walls and ceiling
are plaster.

These are pictures of a dining room that was painted with 3 coats of latex and oil base paints. Every coat of paint was carefully removed by Hand, using Environmentally Safe "Green" Soy-based Chemical Removers. no heat guns or power sanders were use, so I could save the original stain and patina. Finished with Monkey Juice Mission Oil.
No Power Sanders or Heat Guns where used.
