1890s Elbert Presbyterian Church, Elbert, CO.;
Removed existing non-original concrete stairs and
decks. Installation of new structural concrete
piers, frame, installed new redwood stairs, railing, and decks to
match original intent. Front doors restoration, bell tower structural
repairs.
Limon Train Museum, Limon, CO.;
Restoration to all interiors; Offices, Waiting
Room, Bathrooms, the Holtz
and Baggage rooms. Upgrade, repair, restore; floors, walls, electrical,
mechanical, insulation, museum displays, etc.
1907 Parker Hilltop School House, Parker, CO.;
Restoration to original double hung windows. Repair,
restore various
exterior wood trim elements and paint with matching
historic colors.
1860 Seventeen Mile House and Barn, Centennial,
CO.;
Restoration and structural repairs; installation new
foundation on South, East, North, West sides of house. Remove, restore, reuse, and reinstall existing sanded brick to hide new
foundation. Remove, restore and reinstall north side siding.
Structural repairs to the north side log cabin. Demo and remove concrete
front landing and replace with new
structural concrete piers, frame and build new redwood front porch deck,
restore and reinstall existing wood columns.
Install structural elements in the barns second floor loft. Demo
and rebuild South barn wall. Install rock under the timber sill on the
